While Gotham Kennels has beautiful standard poodles, the goal is to breed puppies with wonderful temperaments. The perfect poodle has outward characteristics that can be measured, but the true measure of a poodle is in the capacity of their heart. Our poodles are bred for families, for companionship and for long healthy lives.
We are very selective in our breeding with generally only one breeding every 2 years. Our dogs are raised inside our home as part of the family; not outdoors in kennels. When they get old enough, they have access to yard space in the country for exercise.
As you may suspect by the name, Gotham Kennels is in Manhattan. The dogs love it here and so do I.
